1. How do I place an order?
Order by simply drop us an email in Facebook with the following information:

2. Do you accept international order?
Yes, do kindly indicate your order and location information and we will get back to you the order confirmation and payment details.
3. How do I make the payment?
Payment MUST be within 48 hours after confirmation of order.
Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 48 hours upon confirmation or without any further notice given for late payment.
Once payment is made, please provide us with the following details:
Recipient NamePackages are shipped after full payment is received
Mailing Address
Amount Transferred
Date of Transfer
Transaction Reference No.
No refund / exchange / cancellation upon payment made. Exchange applied in case the received product is wrong or manufactures defects. We inspect our product before delivery.
4. What is the delivery and handling fee?
SGD $1.50 for handlings fee (postage & packaging service).
SGD $2.25 for registered articles within Singapore (highly recommended).
Delivery will be made within 7 days after payment is received if the stock is available.
For Pre-order items, delivery will be made within 2-3 weeks upon stock availability. If item not available after payment made, we will refund you full amount. (Due to turnover rate for Naraya Bag is high at supplier side, we apologies for that.)
We are NOT responsible for shipment delay and lost articles (for non-registered mail) caused by the courier service providers and/or customs
